Flashy Needle at Night

This was a complete accident! lol Matt and I were on the 11th floor of a building taking shots of the needle at night.. I tried setting it to different settings, and this one happened to have the SLOWEST shutter speed... So slow that I turned the camera off before it could finish, these wicked color streaks from the city's lights were the end result when I turned it back on!
